It’s a third World Championship for Brine after being part of the team at the 2024 World Championship in Czechia and last year’s tournament in Romania.
Brine won his first GB cap when he became the 433rd player to represent GB as back-up to Ben Bowns against Austria in 2024.
The 23-year-old made five appearances for GB U18s in 2019 and two for GB Under-20s in 2022 where he won a bronze medal.
