BWT Alpine F1 Team Partners with Brioni for 2026 Season

In a move that reinforces the growing intersection between Formula 1 and luxury lifestyle, BWT Alpine Formula One Team has announced a strategic partnership with Italian sartorial powerhouse Brioni. The collaboration brings refined craftsmanship into the high-performance world of motorsport, aligning two disciplines defined by precision, innovation, and an uncompromising pursuit of excellence.

At its core, the partnership reflects a shared philosophy: whether engineering airflow at 300 km/h or tailoring garments to perfection, success lies in mastering detail. Both Alpine’s aerodynamicists in Enstone and Brioni’s master tailors operate with a singular focus, transforming complexity into seamless performance.

The Enstone-based team, with a legacy that includes seven World Championships since the early 1990s, continues to build momentum in the 2026 FIA Formula One World Championship. Currently fifth in the standings after scoring points at every race so far this season, Alpine is embracing a new regulatory era with renewed confidence, now complemented by an elevated off-track visual identity.

As part of the agreement, Brioni will dress Alpine’s leadership team for key race weekends and global engagements. The wardrobe has been designed with the realities of a fast-paced, international calendar in mind, combining versatility with timeless elegance. Tailored blazers, lightweight garments, and refined essentials ensure the team maintains a polished presence across continents and climates.

Central to the collection is Brioni’s signature Soffio Blazer, a deconstructed, unlined, double-breasted jacket crafted from lightweight cashmere hopsack. Engineered for comfort and fluid movement, it embodies the same principles that define Formula 1 design: lightness, control, and performance under pressure.

Flavio Briatore, Executive Advisor to Alpine, reflected on the symbolic nature of the partnership:

“Back in the late 1980s, when I first worked with the Enstone team, we were outsiders, bringing a different mindset into Formula 1. This partnership with Brioni feels like a continuation of that spirit. It introduces a new level of sophistication and reinforces how we present ourselves on the global stage.”

Federico Arrigoni, CEO of Brioni, added:

“Brioni has always represented individuals who demand excellence in every aspect of their lives. Formula 1 attracts exactly that mindset. This collaboration is a natural alignment between two worlds where precision, discipline, and passion define success.”

As Formula 1 continues to evolve into a global platform that blends sport, business, and culture, partnerships like this highlight a broader shift. Teams are no longer defined solely by performance on the circuit – they are lifestyle brands, ambassadors of innovation, and curators of image.

With Brioni now part of its journey, Alpine is not just competing at the front of the grid; it is redefining how a modern Formula 1 team looks, feels, and presents itself to the world.
