Cadillac Championship Winners and History

The Cadillac Championship is a new tournament at an old venue: Doral.

It’s actually the third tournament of note at Doral. The others were the Doral Open (1962 – 2006) and the WGC Championship (2007 – 2016 under various names)

Trivia: Did you know that the Cadillac logo is the Coat of Arms of Antoine de la Mothe Cadillac, the French Explorer who founded Detroit in 1701.

Further, did you know that the Chevrolet logo is a stylized bow tie? The stories vary on the origin of the bow tie logo. The name Chevrolet is after Louis Chevrolet and auto pioneer (1878 – 1941).
