B3CCA Has Impressive Showing In Loss to Kris Statlander
The recent episode of AEW Collision in Portland saw a Playoff Palooza showdown between Kris Statlander and new AEW Superstar, B3CCA. B3CCA’s character is a bit of a sadistic pop diva, and she had quite the showing in her battle against the former AEW Women’s Champion.
In the short but hard-hitting match, B3CCA got plenty of offense on the ex-Best Friends member. She even escaped from a Saturday Night Fever attempt. B3CCA would drop Kris Statlander with a Flatliner before locking in a leg lock that resembled a Code of Silence.
When it was all said and done, Kris Statlander powered out of the submission. Once she gained her footing, Stat shimmied B3CCA in place to flatten her with a Saturday Night Fever for the win.
Although B3CCA’s hand wasn’t raised in victory, she raised the eyebrows of the commentary team and the Portland audience. She also raised the ire of the Princess of Staten Island, as Carmella calls out B3CCA for stealing her vibe.

While it’s been three years since Carmella stepped foot in a wrestling ring, the wrestling world hasn’t forgotten the former 24/7 Champion. After B3CCA’s impressive showing against Kris Statlander, fans took to social media to tag Carmella into the talk.
While some fans insisted B3CCA was paying homage to Carmella, the ex-WWE Superstar was not a happy camper. Between using Carmella’s signature leopard prints and her finishing move, Code of Silence, Mella was more than mad. Mella was mad.

Carmella said it herself. She is not retired. In fact, she might be itching to get back into the ring, but for AEW.
Leah Van Dale, the woman behind the Carmella character, suffered a severe health setback post-pregnancy known as drop foot. Drop foot is the same condition that plagued WWE Hall of Famer Scott Steiner. It severely hindered his ability to perform at a high level ever again, blaming the nerve damage on his lackluster 2002-2004 run.
That said, Carmella has taken more time than the Big Bad Booty Daddy did to rehab. Although Carmella and Graves have welcomed a second child since the first bout of drop foot. It’s unknown what Carmella’s condition is today, and it’s unfair to speculate.
However, the second-generation star seemingly hasn’t left her kicks in the ring quite yet, unlike Brock Lesnar, who allegedly retired on WrestleMania 42 Sunday. This unexpected loss and retirement was epic enough to even evoke a rare Sable sighting last week!
