Charlotte Flair Advances To Queen of the Ring Semi-Finals On SmackDown

Charlotte Flair has secured her spot in the semi-finals of the Queen of the Ring tournament following a chaotic Fatal 4-Way match on the June 12 episode of SmackDown.

The match featured Charlotte Flair, Sol Ruca, Lyra Valkyria, and Jade Cargill, with all four competitors battling for a place in the next round.

Flair faced immediate trouble early in the bout. B-Fab and Michin interfered and launched a two-on-one attack against her. Alexa Bliss ran out to even the odds, but she was quickly overwhelmed as well. Moments later, Tiffany Stratton entered the scene to assist, helping neutralize the situation and allowing the match to continue.

As the action progressed, the closing moments turned into a fast-paced sequence of near falls. Cargill delivered Jaded to Flair and went for the pin, but Valkyria broke it up just in time. Ruca then responded with the Sol Snatcher on Cargill, only for Valkyria to once again interrupt the count.

Valkyria attempted to take control by hitting a leg drop on Cargill, but the momentum shifted quickly. Flair connected with Natural Selection on Valkyria and followed up with a pin attempt that came up short. Valkyria then tried to execute Nightwing, but Ruca intervened with a kick that stopped her momentum.

In the final stretch, Flair capitalized on the opening. She locked in the Figure Four Leglock on Valkyria, forcing a submission and securing the victory.

With the win, Flair advances to the semi-finals, where she is set to face Liv Morgan. On the opposite side of the bracket, Iyo Sky will go one-on-one with Raquel Rodriguez to determine the other finalist.

The Queen of the Ring tournament continues to take shape as WWE builds toward crowning this year’s winner.
