Dear Members of the Boričić Family,
On behalf of the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC), I extend our deepest condolences on the passing of Mr. Aleksandar Boričić. We kindly ask the CEV to pass these words of comfort to you during this time of profound loss.
Aleksandar was a true titan whose lifelong devotion shaped the sport of volleyball and beach volleyball across Europe and the globe. On a personal level, Aleksandar and I shared many memorable years working together at various FIVB events. I will always cherish those times, remembering him not only as a visionary leader and a passionate champion of our sport, but as a deeply respected colleague and a true friend.
The entire Asian volleyball community stands in solidarity with you. We share in your grief and honor the memory of a remarkable man who gave so much to the sport we all cherish.
May you find strength and comfort in his enduring legacy.
