Following their top 20 finishes in Morocco last week, Diksha Dagar and Pranavi Urs will be out to make further gains at the Jabra Ladies Open in France this week.

Joining them at the Evian Resort Golf Club in Évian-les-Bains will be Avani Prashanth and Hitaashee Bakshi.

The four Indians are part of a strong Ladies European Tour field in France that will however, be missing Order of Merit leader, South Africa’s Casandra Alexander and Lalla Meryem Cup winner Anne Huang of Canada.

Two-time LET winner Diksha arrives in France after a consistent run this year that see her sit in 21st place on the Order of Merit with 381.25 points from her 10 starts. The left-hander has two top 10 finishes and two top 20 results so far.

Her best result this season is tied fifth at the Australian Women’s Classic.

Returning form

Pranavi, meanwhile, continues to show signs of returning to her best form. She narrowly missed out on a top-10 finish in Morocco last week before settling for tied-17th after a difficult final round.

It was her second top 20 finish of the season and she is currently 49th in the rankings with 172.65 points from 10 starts with seven cuts made.

Avani Prashanth has competed in nine events so far with a best finish of tied 39th finish at the PIF Saudi Ladies International that sees her Prashanth 113rd on the OoM from nine starts.

LET rookie Hitaashee has one top 10 finish, at the Australian WPGA Championship and is currently 89th in the standings.

The field features several notable names including former Order of Merit winners Georgia Hall, Shannon Tan and Trichat Cheenglab.
