Dillian Whyte CALLS OUT Derek Chisora for trilogy

Dillian Whyte has called for a third fight with Derek Chisora.

Whyte and Chisora have shared two frantic battles, with ‘The Body Snatcher’ winning both fights, the last of which was in 2018.

The 38-year-old hasn’t fought since a first round stoppage loss to Moses Itauma, but is eager to face Chisora again, who is coming off a defeat to Deontay Wilder earlier this month.

The pair were linked to a bout at the end of last year, but were unable to come to an agreement.

“He says he wants to fight me and he’s not going to retire,” he told Sky Sports News.

“Not a lot of boxers get to have trilogies in their career.

“I’d love to fight him again.

“I think a trilogy would be great because we’re both at a stage of our careers where there won’t be a lot of running around, a lot of moving around.

“We’re going to stand there and trade.

“He doesn’t like me, I don’t like him.

“He doesn’t want to lose to me, I don’t want to lose to him.

“I’d love to get it on.

“If Derek’s serious he knows where I am. I’d fight Derek Chisora tomorrow.”

Chisora fought for the 50th and what he claimed was the final time of his professional career against Wilder.

The 42-year-old was dropped twice in a split decision loss at the O2 Arena and has since not fully confirmed his retirement.

Should Whyte not secure a bout with his British rival, he says he’d be open to facing either Wilder or Andy Ruiz Jr.

“I’d love to fight Andy Ruiz, Deontay Wilder, another guy called Nelson Hysa, he’s No 1 in Albania,” he added.

“I’d love to fight these kind of guys for their good ranking and they’re top guys.”
