Dorian Van Dux is officially cleared to compete again. The WWE NXT star took to social media to reveal the update himself while encouraging fans to tune into NXT. The post immediately got attention from fans who had been wondering where Van Dux disappeared to over the past several weeks.
Van Dux has not wrestled since April 14 during week one of NXT Revenge, where he lost to EK Prosper in the semifinals of the WWE Speed Title Tournament. Now, it appears his return to action may not be far away.
In the video posted online, Van Dux told fans he had officially been cleared and made sure to plug tonight’s episode of NXT at the same time. At this point, WWE has not confirmed when Van Dux will officially step back into the ring, but the clearance update strongly suggests his return could happen sooner rather than later.
Before joining WWE NXT, Dorian Van Dux was known on the independent scene as Mike D Vecchio and built a strong following through his work across multiple promotions. With NXT constantly looking for fresh names to break out, Van Dux returning to the mix could add another powerful presence back into the roster rotation.
