We’re pleased to announce a new enhancement to Match Fee Assignments on Pitchero: the ability to export assignments to a CSV file.
This is a popular feature suggestion and featured prominently in the 2026 NPS survey. We’re delighted to provide the feature to all clubs collecting match fees from members.
What’s New?
Webmasters managing match fees can now export all match fee assignments, or a filtered selection of assignments, directly to a CSV file.
This provides an easy way to review assignment data, share information with committee members, treasurers, team managers, or anyone else who may not have access to Pitchero.
The export includes the same information visible within the Match Fee Assignments area, allowing clubs to analyse data, create their own reports, or communicate payment information externally when required.
Why We Built It
While Pitchero’s Match Fee tools are designed to simplify the process of creating assignments, collecting payments, and tracking outstanding balances, we understand that many clubs have additional administrative processes outside of the platform.
Best Practice for Clubs
We recommend that clubs continue to use Pitchero as their primary tool for managing match fees.
The platform remains the easiest way to:
- Create match fee assignments
- Automatically notify members
- Collect payments online
- Send payment reminders
- Track outstanding balances
The new CSV export is a useful accessory to these existing tools. By keeping assignments and payments managed within Pitchero, clubs can continue to benefit from automation and member self-service, while using exports when additional reporting or communication is required.

Help and support
As always, thank you to the clubs and volunteers who continue to provide feedback and help shape the future of Pitchero.
