Following the overwhelming success of the inaugural Fin Cup T20 showdown last year, the Hollywoodbets Dolphins and Hollywoodbets Sharks are proud to announce the return of this highly anticipated fixture, set to take place on Sunday, 16 August 2026, at the iconic Hollywoodbets Kingsmead Stadium.
The Fin Cup, powered by Hollywoodbets, has quickly established itself as the ultimate family day out, bringing together two of the province’s most loved sporting brands in a celebration of sporting competitiveness, unity and community spirit.
Once again powered by our headline partner Hollywoodbets and proudly promoted by official radio partner East Coast Radio, the 2026 edition promises to be bigger, better and more immersive than ever before.

With ticket prices intentionally kept affordable, the Fin Cup continues its mission of ensuring that families across KwaZulu-Natal can experience this exciting friendly match, and community celebration at Hollywoodbets Kingsmead.

THE INTRODUCTION OF THE LEGENDS CURTAINRAISER
This year will also feature an exciting new addition, a Legends Match between the Dolphins Legends and Sharks Legends at 10h30, kicking off the day’s festivities before the main T20 clash that starts at 13h30.
A special kids’ activation involving the Dolphins and Sharks Kids will once again open the gates, ensuring a family-friendly atmosphere from the very first ball.
SCHOOLS INCENTIVE AND COMPETITION
As part of our commitment to the KwaZulu-Natal schooling community, schools that purchase bulk general stand tickets will receive a 20% cashback reward paid directly to the school, creating an exciting fundraising opportunity while enjoying a memorable day at the stadium.
In addition, a schools competition will run concurrently with the purchase of bulk tickets, whereby two schools that purchase the most tickets, will have the unique opportunity for their first-team captain or top-performing player to be included in one of the teams on match day.
