The Cubs are sitting right in the middle of the standings and look to add more “W’s” to the win column. With talent on the team, Pedro Ramirez, one of their recent call-ups, contributed with a blast over the center-field wall, which was his first MLB home run.

For that blast, he now has his first Topps Now card with a memorable recount:

The third and final home run of the day in the Chicago Cubs 6-1 win over the San Francisco Giants was a very memorable one. On a 1-2 count in the top of the fifth, third baseman Pedro Ramírez sent a blast over the center-field wall – his first Major League homer. “It’s a feeling I can’t explain,” said Ramírez when asked how he felt rounding the bases following his homer.

Until then, see you at Wrigley.
