Hardys lose TNA tag team titles at Rebellion

The fourth TNA tag team title reign for the Hardys is over. Matt and Jeff lost the belts to Brian Myers and Bear Bronson at Rebellion (Apr. 11, 2026).

Even thought the System are cheaters and there were concerns about the Righteous interfering, Myers and Bronson won fair and square. The Hardys were surging toward victory when Matt hit a Twist of Fate on Bronson. Jeff was poised for the Swanton Bomb, but Myers did quick thinking to pull Jeff off the turnbuckles. Myers tossed Matt from the ring. Bronson pounced to lift Jeff into a piledriver position. Myers hit a superkick to Jeff, and Bronson finished the piledriver to win. New champions!

The Hardys’ reign with the gold ends at 265 days. This is Bronson’s first title in TNA, and Myers is now a four-time TNA tag team champion. Myers previously held those belts with Trevor Lee and twice with Eddie Edwards.
