THE TOP-THREE RACE

WSL leaders Manchester City have already secured one of the top flight’s three European spots for next season, leaving two up for grabs in the final weeks of the campaign.

Chelsea currently sit in second position, two points ahead of third-placed Arsenal and United in fourth.

The Gunners are only ahead of us on goal difference, but do have two games in hand, while Spurs still have an outside shot at making the top three, but would need to win all of their remaining games and hope for a fair few favours elsewhere, to stand a chance of qualifying.

After visiting Spurs, United are due to host Brighton on 2 May, two weeks before what could be a seismic clash in the top-three race, away to Chelsea on the final day.
