The English club rugby season comes to an end today as a group of Welshman bid to upset the odds and win the Gallagher PREM title at Twickenham when Exeter Chiefs take on Northampton Saints.

Wales star Dafydd Jenkins captains the Chiefs against Henry Pollock and co, while Christ Tshiunza and Kane James will both feature from the bench.
