The International Cricket Council (ICC) announced on Tuesday what before the actual tournament of the upcoming Women’s T20 World Cup, India is going to play two warm-up matches against West Indies and South Africa respectively in Dubai on September 29 and October 1. ICC has released a schedule of 10 warm-up matches to be held between September 28 and October 1 in the ground of UAE.
These warm-up matches will be of 20 overs for each team and will not be given the status of international T20, which allows teams to field all members of their squads. Two teams belonging to the same group will not face each other i these rounds.
