12-year-old racer Lucas Chapman joins us in the Gulf Race Fuels Racing Zone at the Motorama Custom Car & Motorsports Expo presented by eBay Motors. Chapman, who’ll be racing in the OSCAAR Hot Rods and had his car on display in the Yesterday’s Speedways booth, talks about stepping up to the OSCAAR series, building the car and taking part in racing-related activities off the track.
