The Florida Panthers front office could suffer some big losses this offseason
Julian Gaudio of The Hockey News: Elliotte Friedman said on Friday during his 32 Thoughts: The Podcast, that Florida Panthers director of player personnel, Bryan McCabe, is getting interest from the New Jersey Devils and Toronto Maple Leafs.
Devils new GM, Sunny Mehta, was the Panthers assistant GM, and McCabe played seven seasons with Maple Leafs, senior executive advisor of hockey operations, Mats Sundin.
McCabe may not be the only Panthers employee that Mehta is eyeing. Friedman mentions the Panthers director of hockey operations, Braden Birch.
The Panthers could also be losing assistant GM Brett Peterson. The Panthers front office could take a big hit this offseason.
