IU basketball officially announced the signing of German big man Clemens Sokolov on Tuesday.
Sokolov committed to the Hoosiers on May 8. He will be a freshman next season.
The Hoosiers now have 12 players on scholarship for the 2026-27 season.
Last month, IU announced the signing of Georgia Tech transfer Jaeden Mustaf, Duke transfer Darren Harris, Alabama transfer Aiden Sherrell and SMU transfer Samet Yigitoglu.
This month, the program has announced the signings of Notre Dame transfer Markus Burton, Villanova transfer Bryce Lindsay and Maryland Eastern Shore transfer Justin Monden.

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – German center Clemens Sokolov has signed his letter of intent to continue his basketball career at Indiana University under head men’s basketball coach Darian DeVries, the program announced on Tuesday.
