Young Indian shooter Manu Bhaker returned to India on Wednesday morning to a grand welcome at Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi. Fans turned out in large numbers to cheer for her, celebrating her success at the Paris Olympics. Bhaker arrived with her coach, Jaspal Rana, and was met with great excitement and admiration.

The 22-year-old Bhaker made history by winning two bronze medals at the Paris Olympics. She became only the second Indian female athlete to win multiple Olympic medals, following PV Sindhu. Her achievements ended a 12-year medal drought for the Indian shooting team. Bhaker’s victories were a significant moment for Indian sports.

At the Paris Games, Bhaker started India’s medal tally with a bronze in the 10m Air Pistol event. She then earned another bronze in the 10m Mixed Team Air Pistol event, partnering with Sarabjot Singh. These wins were a major milestone for Indian shooting, showcasing Bhaker’s talent and dedication on the international stage.

John Abraham Met Manu:

Bollywood actor John Abraham recently met Indian shooter Manu Bhaker in New Delhi, celebrating her return from the Paris Olympics. The encounter was a moment of mutual respect and congratulations, marking her successful achievement.

In Instagram, he shared a picture with the Olympic medalist. In the photo, John Abraham proudly held one of Manu Bhaker’s medals while posing with her, who was holding her other medal.

He wrote, “Had the pleasure of meeting @bhakermanu and her lovely family. She has made India proud!!! Respect.”
