Table Tennis Ireland is pleased to announce a Level 1 Coaching Course taking place in Ennis Community College, Co. Clare.
Course Overview
The Level 1 Coaching Course provides participants with the essential tools to begin their coaching journey. It focuses on both the ‘How to Coach’ and ‘What to Coach’ elements, enabling learners to confidently plan and deliver table tennis sessions.
This qualification is recognised by Sport Ireland and is ideal for anyone looking to get involved in coaching within clubs, schools, or community settings.

- Dates: Saturday 26th September & Saturday 28th November 2026
- Venue: Ennis Community College, Clare
- Cost: €150
- Attendance: Participants must attend both dates
Who is it for?
- Junior and senior players
- Activator Award coaches (recommended 1–2 years’ experience)
- Club volunteers and parents with a table tennis background
Requirements
- Minimum age: 16+
- Valid Garda Vetting / Access NI
- Safeguarding 1 certificate
