Liv Morgan picked up the win at a WWE live event, but she did not exactly walk away clean, as she possibly suffered an injury.
During WWE’s live event in Birmingham, Morgan defended her title against Sol Ruca, Lyra Valkyria, and IYO SKY in a four-way match. Things got scary when Sol hit a splash that took Morgan down around the ankle, causing her ankle to bend at an awkward angle.
Morgan was seen writhing in pain before rolling out of the ring, and even though she eventually got back inside, she was clearly limping. WWE still got to the finish, with Roxanne Perez running in and helping place Morgan over Valkyria so Liv could score the win.
After the match, Morgan needed help from Raquel Rodriguez and Perez to get to the back, which obviously got fans talking about her condition. The timing is rough too, because Morgan is expected to appear on WWE RAW to address her upcoming Queen of the Ring final against IYO SKY.
This comes just after Morgan showed off the physical toll of her SmackDown match with Charlotte Flair. After beating Flair in the Queen of the Ring tournament, Liv posted a photo showing red marks and bruising across her neck and upper chest, while still bragging about the win.

At the end of the day, Liv Morgan is still winning, but her body is taking a beating in the process. With the Queen of the Ring final against IYO SKY coming up, all eyes will be on RAW to see how badly that ankle spot affected her.
