EA Sports is set to release the latest edition of Madden later this summer. On Wednesday, they released the covers for the game, one for the standard edition and another for the deluxe edition. Both feature Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams.
The standard edition shows Williams making a jump throw in front of the Chicago skyline. In the Deluxe Edition cover, Williams is shown crossing his arms in front of himself in a shot that is closer.
Williams is the first quarterback on the cover since Josh Allen, who was on the 2024 edition of the game.
He helped the Bears reach the playoffs and win one game last season. In 2025, he passed for 3,942 yards, 27 touchdowns and seven interceptions on 58.1 percent completion. Madden 27 is set to release on August 13, 2026 for the standard edition.
