The May 12 episode of NXT was quite an episode, and a lot of eyes have been on the big invader recently. That being said, the impressive man that many thought was a fan is now a member of the NXT roster.
Mason Rook was welcomed to the ring by Robert Stone this week. He took the microphone to answer who he is.
The newcomer revealed that he’s been all around the world, and he turns heads wherever he goes. He said that even John Cena sees him, because it’s “it’s pretty hard not to notice a flying human tank.”
Mason Rook wants to make sure that his name is on everyone’s mind. He wants more than he already has, and that’s why he’s in NXT.
As Mason Rook wrapped up his promo, NXT Champion Tony D’Angelo made his way out. He wasn’t happy about Mason getting that attention, especially since he made his debut by jumping him.
In the middle of Tony D addressing Mason Rook, Cam Hendricks jumped him. They bralwed to the ring, where Mason Rook nailed a dive on both of them. Then he signed his deal as Robert Stone looked on in shock.
We will have to see what Mason Rook is going to do next. He proclaimed that he’s not the best super heavyweight, he’s the best “any weight.”
