Friday will begin with sunny skies, but afternoon showers could be a preview of a rainy Mother’s Day weekend ahead.
Massachusetts will wake to mostly sunny conditions Friday, with temperatures climbing into the low 60s across the state. Boston will reach a high of 63 degrees, Cape Cod & the Islands will hit 62 degrees, Worcester will get up to 61 degrees and Springfield will top out at 62 degrees. The Berkshires will be a bit cooler at 54 degrees.
