Hello coaches and high-performance players,
My name is Devin Nerenberg, and I run the Morning Crew Tennis Academy in the San Francisco Bay Area.Over the past five years, The Morning Crew has grown rapidly, more than doubling in size across Silicon Valley. We’re now expanding our programming—adding new classes and opening a second location in Half Moon Bay, CA.
We are currently looking for high-quality coaches to join our team and help lead classes, clinics, and player development.
At the core of Morning Crew is a simple philosophy: high-quality training + hard work + FUN. We aim to create an environment where players and coaches can be themselves, enjoy the process, and improve at a high level.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong playing and/or coaching background who wants to be part of a growing program and make a meaningful impact. For the right person, there is real opportunity to grow within a fun, collaborative environment and help build something special.
What we’re looking for:
- High-level playing background (ideally college experience)
- Energetic and great with both kids and adults
- Ability to work with players of all levels
- Comfortable leading clinics independently
- Able to teach private lessons
- Team-oriented and collaborative
- Passion for development and creating a positive environment
