Natalya’s Memoir Could Be Heading To Hollywood As Interest Builds For Hart Family Movie

A movie based on the legendary Hart family may eventually be headed to the big screen.

According to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, multiple Hollywood names have shown strong interest in adapting Natalya Neidhart’s autobiography, “The Last Hart Beating,” into a film project. The report added that discussions have already taken place and at least one top-tier A-list production company is interested in becoming involved.

Natalya released “The Last Hart Beating” last year, and the book received strong reviews for its detailed look into the Hart family legacy, her wrestling career, personal struggles, and the pressure that came with carrying one of wrestling’s most famous names.

The possibility of a film adaptation would likely generate serious interest considering the history attached to the Hart family, including the careers of Bret Hart, Owen Hart, Jim Neidhart, Stu Hart, and several other major wrestling names connected to the dynasty.

Natalya has also openly discussed the idea of turning the story into a larger project before. During previous interviews with Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp, she expressed interest in seeing her family’s story adapted for television or film.

The comes at a time when wrestling-based television and movie projects continue gaining momentum in Hollywood following the success of multiple sports biopics and wrestling-centered productions over the last several years.

At this stage, no official movie has been announced, but the fact that discussions are reportedly happening with major Hollywood interest attached could mean the project is starting to gain real traction behind the scenes.
