National Esports Tournament is preparing a new casual-competitive format for League of Legends players: the NEST LoL 1v1 Rec Series.
This is being built for players who want something more structured than random games, but more approachable than a major tournament. The goal is to create a regular place to play, compete, track results, and be part of a growing grassroots esports community.
The format is simple: 1v1 matches on Howling Abyss, played on the North American server.
What Is the NEST LoL 1v1 Rec Series?
The NEST LoL 1v1 Rec Series is a casual-competitive League of Legends format focused on short, direct matches.
Players will compete in 1v1 games using clear win conditions:
- First Blood
- First to 100 CS
- Destroy the opponent’s tower
The first player to achieve one of these conditions wins the match.
This format keeps matches fast, easy to understand, and focused on individual mechanics, laning, decision-making, and pressure control.
