New in the Club App: Easier Payments, Better Communication

Two more popular Manager App features are now available directly within the Club App, helping coaches and team admins manage their teams more efficiently without needing to switch between apps.

Manage Match Fees on the Go

Collecting match fees is an important part of running a team, and we’ve made the process even easier with Match Fee Management in the Club App.

Team admins and coaches can now create and manage match fee assignments directly from their mobile device, making it simple to stay on top of payments wherever they are.

Using the latest version of the Club App, you can:

  • Create new match fee assignments for fixtures
  • View the payment status of active assignments
  • Add additional players to an assignment
  • Update fee variants and amounts
  • Mark payments as paid by cash
  • Delete assignments when required
  • Send reminders to players with outstanding payments

Whether you’re organising payments before kick-off, checking who’s paid after a match, or chasing outstanding fees during the week, everything can now be managed from the Club App in just a few taps.

For clubs not yet using Match Fees, this feature provides a simple and transparent way to collect payments, reduce administration and keep accurate records of who has paid and who still owes.

Improved Team Communication

We’ve also added Announcements to the Club App, making it easier than ever to keep players, parents and members informed.

Previously, team admins often needed to switch between the Manager App and Club App to communicate with their teams. Now, all key communication tools are available in one place.

Announcements are ideal when you need to share important information without creating lengthy conversations. Unlike group messages, announcements can be sent with replies disabled, ensuring members receive the information without generating unnecessary discussion.

If you’d like members to respond, the Club App still provides flexible communication options:

  • Create one-to-one conversations with individual members
  • Start group conversations with selected members
  • Send announcements to a chosen audience
  • Manage all team communications from the Messages area

To get started, simply open the Messages section from the bottom navigation bar in the Club App. From there, you can choose whether to start a conversation, create a group chat or publish an announcement.
