WrestleMania 42 took over Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, and fans were in for a big show. Paige’s return to WWE may have been a surprise, but everything happens for a reason.
Paige made her WWE return at WrestleMania 42, and this was a big surprise. Not only did she return to the company, but she also became 1/2 of the Women’s Tag Team Champions in the process. This came about in a very funny way.
Nikki Bella revealed during the WrestleMania post-show that she actually ran into Paige in Birmingham while she was getting her ankle checked out. It was very apparent by that time that she wasn’t going to make Mania.
After that, Nikki Bella told Brie Bella that she was still getting a WrestleMania moment, but it wouldn’t be with her. That is when the Bella Twins decided that Paige would take Nikki’s spot. After all, they do share a lot of Total Divas history.
We will have to see what is next for Paige in WWE after her return to the company. This all happened so fast for a lot of fans, but now the Anti-Diva is back home where she belongs.
