NWA Powerrr Defeats TNA iMPACT! In The Ratings With 275,000 Households Tuning In

The National Wrestling Alliance is celebrating a strong start for NWA Powerrr on Comet TV.

The promotion announced that the May 2 episode of NWA Powerrr drew 275,000 households according to Nielsen data. The broadcast marked the NWA’s return to broadcast television for the first time in 30 years, while also debuting in its new weekly Saturday time slot on Comet TV.

In a statement released by the company, the NWA thanked fans for supporting the relaunch. They wrote,

The numbers are in, and Nielsen reports 275,000 households tuned in to the May 2 episode of NWA POWERRR on Comet TV. The episode marked the National Wrestling Alliance’s long-awaited return to broadcast television after 30 years and first in its new, weekly time slot Saturdays, 4PM ET.”
