The June 15 episode of WWE RAW featured two major semifinal matches in the ongoing King and Queen of the Ring tournaments, with Oba Femi and IYO SKY securing their spots in the finals at Night of Champions.
Oba Femi Overcomes Dominik Mysterio in King of the Ring Semifinal
Femi headlined the show against Dominik Mysterio in a hard-fought semifinal match. The closing stretch saw Mysterio attempt to steal the win through underhanded tactics. ‘Dirty Dom’ delivered a low blow, followed by two 619 finishers and a top rope splash to “The Ruler.”
Despite the heavy offense, Femi shocked everyone by kicking out at a count of one, immediately shifting momentum back in his favor. He then overpowered both Mysterio and JD McDonagh, neutralizing the interference before taking full control.
Femi sealed the victory with a dominant powerbomb, earning the pinfall win and advancing to the King of the Ring finals. He will now face either Je’Von Evans or Jey Uso, depending on the outcome of their semifinal bout.
IYO SKY Defeats Raquel Rodriguez to Reach Queen of the Ring Finals
In the Queen of the Ring semifinal, SKY went one-on-one with Raquel Rodriguez. The match showcased a contrast in styles, with Rodriguez using her strength advantage while SKY relied on speed and precision.
In the final moments, SKY connected with her signature moonsault, securing the pinfall victory and advancing to the finals of the tournament.
With the win, SKY now awaits the outcome of the other semifinal match, which will take place on WWE SmackDown. She will face either Charlotte Flair or Liv Morgan in the final round.
Both tournament finals are set to take place at WWE Night of Champions 2026 on Saturday, June 27, 2026. With Femi and SKY now officially advancing, the finals are beginning to take shape as WWE builds toward one of its key events of the summer.
