The Green Bay Packers have been shown first hand how important the backup quarterback position is over the last few seasons. Malik Willis stepped in beautifully when Jordan Love went down with an injury and effectively kept Green Bay’s season alive.
With Willis landing a massive contract with the Miami Dolphins this off-season, Green Bay will need to go back to the drawing board for their QB2 spot. As it turns out, they’ve invited a college quarterback to their rookie minicamp who has a lot of experience.
