Packers OC Adam Stenavich Reveals What Will Unlock Jordan Love’s Next Leap

The Green Bay Packers have the luxury of not having to go through a painstaking process of finding a starting quarterback in the offseason.

With Jordan Love, Green Bay has someone the team clearly trusts for the QB1 gig. That is even though the Packers have yet to get past the divisional round in the NFL playoffs with Love at the helm of the offense on the field.

Still, Love is only 27 years old, with his best years in the league very likely in front of him.

In the 2025 NFL season, the former Utah Utes star signal-caller passed for 3,381 yards with 23 touchdowns against only six interceptions on a 66.3 percent completion rate through 15 games.

For Green Bay offensive coordinator Adam Stenavich, the best is truly yet to come for Love.

“I think for him, taking as much control of the offense as he can, being the best leader for the guys is going to be huge, not only for the offense, but for the whole team. … He’s done a nice job so far,” Stenavich said of Love on Monday, via Jason B. Hirschhorn of The Leap.

Unlocking Love’s true potential is part of Stenavich’s job. Doing that will elevate Green Bay’s entire offense, which was 14th last season with an average of 23.2 points per game and 11th with 337.5 total yards per contest.

Green Bay largely depended on its ground attack in 2025 (47.69% rush play rate), but there is no denying that Love is a very capable orchestrator from under center, so he could possibly have a bigger load to carry in 2026.
