Raja Jackson’s criminal case has officially taken a major turn — because he has now reached a deal with prosecutors instead of taking the case to trial.
Back in October 2025, Raja Jackson appeared at the San Fernando Courthouse dressed in all black and surrounded by attorneys after being charged in connection to the violent attack on independent wrestler Syko Stu at a wrestling event months earlier.
At the time, Jackson pleaded not guilty to one felony count of battery causing great bodily injury and one misdemeanor battery charge. Prosecutors alleged the August incident left Syko Stu hospitalized with serious injuries, including a badly cut lip and multiple missing teeth.
Now, there’s a major update. According to The New York Post, Raja Jackson reached an agreement with prosecutors to close out the case. The 26-year-old pleaded no contest to one felony count of battery with serious bodily injury during a preliminary hearing. The report also noted that Jackson admitted to two additional allegations tied to the attack.
“Raja also admitted to two special allegations, including personal infliction of great bodily injury and engaging in violent conduct.”
The case stemmed from a chaotic moment at a Knokx Pro Wrestling event where Raja entered the ring and attacked Syko Stu — real name Stuart Smith — while he was already unconscious, back in August 2025. According to the report, Jackson slammed the wrestler onto his head before continuing to punch him repeatedly.
The plea agreement now gives a much clearer picture of what punishment Jackson is expected to receive. According to a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, Raja’s anticipated sentence includes jail time, probation, and financial restitution.
“His anticipated sentence is 90 days actual county jail; restitution of ,703.38; and two years formal probation.”
The spokesperson also confirmed that restitution must reportedly be paid before sentencing officially takes place.
“The defendant is to pay restitution before he is sentenced.”
Jackson is currently scheduled to be sentenced in late June. This marks a dramatic shift from where the case stood just months ago, when Jackson remained publicly silent after pleading not guilty and facing the possibility of years behind bars if convicted at trial.
Bottom line — Raja Jackson’s legal battle now appears close to ending after agreeing to a plea deal with prosecutors, but jail time, probation, and a massive restitution payment are still waiting for him at sentencing.
