Isiah Kassidy is not injured while he remains away from television, as the company simply isn’t using him right now.
Private Party has been dealing with another setback after Marq Quen was confirmed to be out of action earlier this year. During the April 2 episode of AEW Collision, Kassidy addressed Jon Moxley and revealed that Quen had been taken out with no clear return timeline.
“Fast forward to last weekend. I’m forced to change again. Because you took out my boy. And now he’s out. And I don’t know when he’s coming back. So now I’m all alone.”
That left fans wondering about Kassidy’s own status, especially since he has not been featured much while Quen remains sidelined. During a PWInsider Q&A, Mike Johnson was asked whether Kassidy was also hurt or just not being used because of Quen’s injury. Johnson gave a direct update: “He’s not injured, just not being used currently.”
Private Party only recently returned to AEW TV after a lengthy absence, so Quen’s injury was already a tough blow. Now, Kassidy’s absence appears to be a creative usage issue rather than a medical one. For now, Marq Quen remains out, while Isiah Kassidy is simply waiting for AEW to bring him back into the mix.
