Top rumor of the day: Jacob Fatu’s status for Clash In Italy
Due to injury concerns, there are questions about whether or not Jacob Fatu will be medically cleared in time for his scheduled match on Sunday at Clash In Italy against World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns.
The latest update on Fatu’s status comes from Cory Hays at False Finish, who says WWE is “under the assumption that Jacob will be fine by Sunday.” However, they are “currently looking into potential pivots” in case he can’t work the Tribal Combat main event.
That at least sounds a little more hopeful about Fatu making the match than last night’s update, but there’s still room for fans to speculate about possible replacements like CM Punk, LA Knight, or even Danhausen.
