This position is ideal for a recent college graduate looking to gain collegiate coaching experience while pursuing a master’s degree. The graduate degree program is completed 100% online with no in-person class requirements, allowing the successful candidate to focus on coaching responsibilities while earning a graduate degree.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily practices and match coaching
- Recruiting prospective student-athletes
- Team travel and administrative duties
- Supporting player development on and off the court
Qualifications:
- Must have collegiate tennis playing experience (NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, or equivalent)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for working with student-athletes
- Must be eligible to enroll in graduate coursework
- Must be a U.S. citizen or a U.S. permanent resident authorized to work in the United States
- Previous coaching experience is preferred but not required
