There was great news on Thursday evening as from the Scottish Event Awards – with our own Caitlin Watt named as winner in the Rising Star category.
We knew that anyway but what a compliment for our Competitions Manager.
Congratulations to Caitlin on great and deserved recognition for hard work!
It’s a tribute to our Events Team and delighted scottishathletics were also short-listed for Sporting Event of the Year for the 2025 edition of the EAP Glasgow Indoor International, staged for the first time.
We were on the short-list of four for that one, with winners being The Orkney Island Games (which had strong input from scottishathletics staff and Officials). Congratulations, Orkney !
