Sean O’Malley presents ‘loser’ ultimatum to Aiemann Zahabi ahead of UFC White House clash

Former UFC bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley wants to add stakes to his upcoming fight against Aiemann Zahabi at the White House.

Former UFC champion Sean O’Malley has his eyes set on another potential bantamweight title shot with a win in his upcoming fight against Aiemann Zahabi. But that will be easier said than done, as Zahabi is one of the hottest bantamweights in the division with seven consecutive victories.

O’Malley and Zahabi are two top names on a stacked card next month at UFC Freedom 250 on the White House lawn. The card is headlined by Ilia Topuria vs. Justin Gaethje, and features an interim heavyweight title bout between Alex Pereira and Ciryl Gane.

O’Malley vs. Zahabi is arguably one of the most intriguing fights on the card, with title fight implications on the line. With Merab Dvalishvili’s return timeline uncertain following a title loss to Petr Yan, the door is wide open for either O’Malley or Zahabi to be Yan’s next bantamweight opponent.

Ahead of their fight, O’Malley pitched a unique pre-fight bet to Zahabi to add more on the line inside the Octagon.

Sean O’Malley suggests bet to Aiemann Zahabi ahead of UFC Freedom 250

In a recent post to X, O’Malley presented a pre-fight bet to his UFC Freedom 250 opponent.

“Loser gets the other’s flag tatted? [Aiemann],” O’Malley tweeted Tuesday.

As of this writing, Zahabi hasn’t responded to O’Malley’s offer.

O’Malley got back in the win column with a victory over Song Yadong at UFC 324, after back-to-back title fight losses to Dvalishvili. Meanwhile, Zahabi will compete in the biggest fight of his career following recent wins over Marlon Vera, Jose Aldo, and Pedro Munhoz.

A Canadian flag tattoo wouldn’t be a big deal for O’Malley, as the former UFC bantamweight champion has dozens of tattoos on his person. However, the same can’t be said for Zahabi, and it could provide a unique angle to their high-stakes bantamweight matchup.
