The Kingdom Returns To AEW/ROH With ROH Tag Team Titles In Their Sights

The Kingdom are officially back in the mix in AEW and Ring of Honor. Matt Taven and Mike Bennett made their return during ROH Supercard of Honor and wasted no time making it clear that they are coming after the ROH World Tag Team Titles.

The moment happened during a backstage interview segment hosted by Lexy Nair. Alec Price and Jordan Oliver were speaking about their goals as a team and made it clear they wanted a shot at the ROH World Tag Team Championship currently held by Sammy Guevara and The Beast Mortos.

Before the interview wrapped up, Price threw out a challenge to any teams wanting to step up against them. That brought out The Kingdom. Taven immediately made their intentions clear and told Price and Oliver that if they want to get to the ROH World Tag Team Titles, they’ll have to go through The Kingdom first.

The return instantly adds another experienced team back into the ROH tag division as the company continues rebuilding momentum around its championships and roster depth.

Do you think The Kingdom should jump right into the ROH Tag Team Title picture, or are there other teams that deserve the spotlight first? Drop your thoughts and feedback in the comments below.
