Strategic Account Manager

We are recruiting for a proactive and detail focussed Strategic Account Manager to join our team. This role owns high-value, strategic retail partnerships characterised by complex, data-driven buying models. You will be the primary driver for long-term growth, focusing on joint planning and forecasting to ensure our brands excel in a competitive, multicategory market.

We are Pon Bike UK, home of Santa Cruz, Cervelo, Cannondale, Reserve, OneUp, and Nimbl. Six of the most exciting brands in the cycling industry who tend to do things differently. We have over 25 years of bike experience, and our ultimate goal is to sell the best road and mountain bikes in the world while having fun doing it!

Role responsibilities include managing high value, strategic retailers who operate data driven buying models rather than traditional transactional methods. Focus on long-term category growth through joint business planning, ranging, and accurate forecasting. Deliver industry standard capability to ensure our brands remain competitive in a high-SKU, multi-category market. Actively build and strengthen relationships with key national retail partners to maximise growth opportunities. Unlock growth across our full portfolio of brands within national retail environments. Drive both sell-in and sell-through by interpreting data and providing actionable insights to partners.

Marketing Manager – Road & Gravel 

We are recruiting for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team. This role serves as the driving force behind our road and gravel categories, ensuring our premium brands resonate authentically with both retailers and riders. The Marketing Manager acts as the primary lead for Road and Gravel, providing a bridge between product technicality and community engagement. You will ensure seamless coordination between Sales and Media to maintain brand consistency and drive market presence.

Role responsibilities include leading retailer education initiatives and provide hands-on support for media and events. Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) campaigns, leveraging deep product expertise and established industry relationships. Provide end-to-end management of B2B and B2C events, organized rides, and our specific Owners Clubs and Groups. Maintain a direct, consistent partnership with our brand-specific sales teams to align marketing efforts with commercial goals. Act as an authentic voice for the brand, bringing genuine passion and a proven reputation in the road and gravel field.

Account Manager, North Region – Cannondale UK 

We are recruiting for a motivated and proactive Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be the face of our business: building strong relationships, driving sell-in and sell-through, and ensuring our brands are front and center in every store. You’ll have a passion for cycling, a commercial mindset and a track record of identifying and seizing opportunities in the field.

Some of the skills and requirmenets of the role include a proven track record in sales target achievement, ideally within the cycling, outdoor or sporting goods industries.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence and build trust in person.  Strong self motivation – you thrive working independently on the road.  A passion for cycling and an understanding of the dealer landscape is a big plus. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across your territory.

Operations Coordinator – Cannondale UK 

We are recruiting for a motivated and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team. The Operations Coordinator acts as the central consolidation point for all operational data and processed within the UK distribution team. This role ensures seamless coordination between Sales, Finance and Operations to maintain accurate stock, order and system data which enables timely delivery and smooth communication across departments.

Skills and requirements of the role include strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.  Experience with Sage or similar ERP systems.  Excellent organisational and problem solving skills. Strong attention to detail and time management. Effective communicator, comfortable working across multiple departments. A proactive, adaptable mindset with an interest in operations and logistics.
