The Wolf Tooth Bike Parts Finder Just Made it Easier to Find What Parts You Need | The Radavist

Wolf Tooth has been working on an easy way for customers to find the parts that they need for their bikes. Component sizes and standards vary by brand, models, and sometimes even by model year. The new Wolf Tooth Bike Parts Finder allows customers to shop based on bike…

Folks select their bike’s brand, model, and year/version to see what we have for compatible parts. They are then shown options for headset, bottom bracket, and seatpost clamp because those are specific to the frame. Many of our other components and accessories are compatible with almost all bikes, like grips/bar tape, pedals, chainrings, etc.

This was developed because most questions in the brand’s customer service inbox are related to components specific to bike frames. Since Wolf Tooth’s customer support team is a group of actual humans (not AI bots), it needs to cross-reference bike manufacturer websites to find the info for those questions. As it turns out, some manufacturers are great at listing frame specs and some are not. If it is hard for bike nerds like Wolf Tooth to find that info, it can’t be easy for someone who is just learning about upgrading components. The Bike Parts Finder was rolled out a few months ago and is already making lives easier.

Since rolling it out in beta, the Minneapolis-based manufacturer has grown the bike database to include 115 brands and almost 1,000 models covering decades of bike release years. If it doesn’t have the data for a specific customer’s bike, it will find it for them.

Check it out at Wolf Tooth.
