Tommy Dreamer may be done with TNA, but he is not acting like a guy who wants the place to burn.
Dreamer’s exit from TNA has had fans side-eyeing the word “mutual,” mostly because of how emotional he got while talking about it on Busted Open Radio. This was not some short cup-of-coffee run either. Dreamer had been around TNA for years, working on-screen and behind the curtain, so seeing him break down while discussing the end of that chapter had people wondering if there was more going on.
Then Dreamer hopped on Twitter/X during the June 18 episode of TNA Impact and pushed the show anyway. Dreamer shared TNA’s post for the live broadcast on AMC and told fans to tune in while the episode was still airing.

That is the kind of post that makes the whole thing more interesting. Fans can question the exit all they want, but Dreamer was still out there giving TNA free promotion in real time.
The timing is what stands out. Dreamer’s departure had already become a talking point, and plenty of fans, journalists and wresters were not sold on the idea that everything was clean and simple. When a guy cries while saying goodbye to a company he gave years to, people are going to talk.
TNA has had a rough stretch with exits and backstage changes, but Dreamer’s situation hits differently because of his long history with the company and how emotional the goodbye felt. His latest post makes the story less clean, not more.
