Victoria Crawford has gold on her mind, and she’s not being shy about it.
During an appearance on the Hitting The Turnbuckle podcast, the TNA Knockout made it clear that she wants to add the Knockouts Championship to her résumé. Crawford was asked whether she has her eyes on the Knockouts Championship, and she did not dance around the question. She said the title is something she definitely wants as part of her TNA run.
“Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. I definitely need a Knockout Championship on my resume.”
That wasn’t just a quick answer either. Crawford doubled down and made it clear that becoming Knockouts Champion is one of her goals. For Crawford, it sounds like the title would mean more than just another accolade. She explained that winning the championship would give her a chance to show leadership in front of the fans and among the women in TNA.
“I definitely want to be a Knockout Champion. I want to be able to demonstrate leadership amongst the women, you know, in front of the people.”
Crawford also noted that TNA has had plenty of great Knockouts Champions over the years, and she wants her name included with them. That is no small goal, especially with the Knockouts division continuing to be one of the company’s strongest pieces.
“I think Tessa’s great. There’s a lot of great champions to follow, and I just really want to be on that list.”
Victoria Crawford has been finding her place in TNA, and it sounds like she has no intention of just blending into the division. With the Knockouts Championship in her sights, fans may want to keep an eye on whether she starts making a serious push toward the title picture.
