Wales take on the Barbarians today in the first match of the summer before the Nations Championship campaign begins against Fiji next weekend. Wales Women are also in action against the same opposition in a double-header at Twickenham.
Four players are expected to make their debuts off the bench, with props Rhys Barratt and Ben Warren, along with backrower Harrison Keddie and lock Ryan Woodman all named in the 23. In total there are eight changes to the side that beat Italy in the final match of the Six Nations, with 13 non-Welsh-based players unavailable for selection.
Wales legend George North plays the final match of his career after being named among the Barbarians replacements.
