Adam Slivon has his Top 10 Takeaways video series on Pewter Report’s YouTube channel, PewterReportTV. These short videos on the Bucs – typically five to eight minutes in length – offer up Slivon’s unique takes on the most recent Tampa Bay game or current events in the Bucs’ offseason with his expert insight and opinions.
Adam Slivon offers his Top 10 Takeaways evaluating the Bucs 2026 draft class. With the dust having settled from the 2026 NFL Draft, Slivon offers a pick-by-pick breakdown of each selection, focusing on the impact they can make. That starts with outside linebacker Rueben Bain Jr., a talented pass rusher who will immediately be penciled in as a starter next to Yaya Diaby. Bain is not the only rookie who will start games this season, though.

Defensively, Tampa Bay added inside linebacker Josiah Trotter, who brims with playmaking potential in a big area of need. The same can be said for wide receiver Ted Hurst. Although Hurst is in the middle of a deep room, his deep-ball ability will give him a unique role within offensive coordinator Zac Robinson’s scheme.
Slivon wraps up his analysis, going over the team’s Day 3 picks, led by defensive back Keionte Scott. There is a lot to like about Scott’s versatility and ability to play the slot, which opens things up for head coach Todd Bowles to get creative. In addition, the Bucs added some developmental pieces in defensive tackle DeMonte Capehart, offensive lineman Billy Schrauth, and tight end Bauer Sharp.
Overall, Slivon explains why the team appears to have continued its run as one of the best drafting organizations in recent years. Not only has Tampa Bay added talent within its ranks, but also injected serious attitude, physicality, and badasses to a club that went into the offseason searching for players checking those boxes.
