Women’s Golf Fitness at Haggin Oaks Golf Complex

A free Women’s Golf Fitness clinic at Haggin Oaks helped 28 golfers build strength and confidence while enjoying the game.

On Thursday morning, March 26, 2026, Haggin Oaks Golf Complex hosted twenty-eight women golfers for a free and engaging Golf Fitness clinic led by Tona Rose, a TPI Golf Fitness Level 3 Instructor. The event brought together women of all ages who were eager to improve their physical fitness while enhancing their golf performance.

Tona shared her expertise in a fun and supportive environment, focusing on movements and techniques that help golfers build strength, flexibility, and confidence on the course. Her passion for helping others was evident throughout the session, as she encouraged participants to enjoy the process and prioritize both their physical and mental well-being.

In addition to her work with golfers, Tona also dedicates her time to supporting cancer survivors, helping them regain strength and return to a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Her approach centers around positivity and happiness, making fitness both accessible and enjoyable for everyone she works with.

Beyond in-person sessions, Tona offers classes at her studio as well as remote training via Zoom, allowing both men and women to stay active and improve their fitness from the comfort of their own homes.
