WWE NXT Results: May 19, 2026

Tonight’s episode of WWE NXT (May 19, 2026) emanates out of the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida and airs at 8 p.m. ET on the CW Network.

Preview & Predictions for WWE NXT:

On tap for tonight’s episode, two titles will be on the line as The Vanity Project put up their NXT Tag Team Championships against DarkState and Tatum Paxley has opted to defend the NXT Women’s North American Championship against Lizzy Rain. It’s too early for Rain to win that title, in my mind, especially with some others like Zaria still waiting in the wings, but I do think DarkState has a solid chance to win back the tag belts. I’m not rooting for them, mind you, as I think Dion Lennox and Saquon Shugars breaking up the crew is the more interesting story and I like Swipe Right better as champions, but I could see a title change happening.

Tony D’Angelo and Myles Borne are teaming up against Mason Rook and Kam Hendrix. Go with the heels on this one. Not only is it easier to drive a story forward if heels win over champions, as it can set up a #1 contender situation, but D’Angelo has Naraku also going after him and Borne has upset Tavion Heights, so there are at least those two people who can interfere, if not also Tristan Angels, who is looking to make a lasting impression in his NXT debut (which he’ll assuredly win). I’ll go so far as to say Hendrix pins Borne or Rook pins D’Angelo, to be even more specific for the tag team match.

When it comes to Tate Wilder and Keanu Carver, the easiest call is Carver continuing his impressive streak and Wilder continuing to compete with Sean Legacy over who is the most white meat super-positive babyface even after a loss.

• Mason Rook & Kam Hendrix defeated Tony D’Angelo & Myles Borne by pinfall. 
• Kelani Jordan cut a promo in the ring about how she deserves a shot at the NXT Women’s Championship. Izzi Dame interrupted to say she should get a title shot before her. Lola Vice then came out, followed by Kendal Grey, with Vice saying she’ll fight Dame next week and Grey setting up Dame and Jordan to be attacked by Wren Sinclair, who wielded her crutch, as she’s close to being medically cleared. If she is cleared in time, she’ll face Jordan next week, as per a later on backstage segment.
• Dorian Van Dux and Sean Legacy will have a friendly match next week in a WWE Speed tournament bout. Romeo Moreno asked Noam Dar to be ringside for his match against Tristan Angels.
• Tristan Angels defeated Romeo Moreno by pinfall. Following the match, Angels argued with Shiloh Hill, who was in the crowd and is continuing to call himself Mr. NXT.
• Jaida Parker and Layla Diggs argued in the women’s locker room over Diggs looking up to Nattie, as Parker thinks Nattie is disrespectful. Parker decided to just challenge Diggs for a match next week as a result.
• The men’s and women’s NXT and NXT North American champions were all talking backstage about how the targets on their back are getting bigger. Naraku then told Tony D’Angelo that evil will strike when he’s ont expecting it.
• Shawn Spears annoyed Niko Vance and Izzi Dame when he told them he talked to Robert Stone to get himself and Vance a tag team match against OTM for next week, as Vance and Dame think they need to be focused entirely on Dame’s title match instead, furthering issues within the group.
• NXT Women’s North American Championship: Tatum Paxley (c) defeated Lizzy Rain by pinfall. Zaria beat them both down after the match.
• Keanu Carver defeated Tate Wilder by pinfall.
• NXT Tag Team Championship: The Vanity Project (c) retained over DarkState (Dion Lennox & Saquon Shugars) by pinfall.
