Equal prize money is about the only equality there is in tennis. Fair and balanced equal coverage and representation of players by the media is anything but equal.
Alexander Zverev exposed in an Instagram comment to the Tennis Channel that there is an agenda to worship/celebrate certain players and also smear and misportray others.
Tennis Channel did a silly skit asking players in Rome about Roman Numerals and Zverev noticed the undercover agenda in play to make some player look smart and others look stupid.
“Just a random question Tennis Channel…. Why do I do all of these games and all these promotional activities with you guys but then every time I get something right I get cut out of every single one? Just asking if you’re wasting my time or just hope I get something wrong so you can put that in. I know there are players you love to hate on and players that you love, so please just stop wasting my time then. Thank you.”
It was very observant of Zverev to notice this actually sinister, manipulative scam that the Tennis Channel is subtly executing against players. It’s actually horrible to realize how disgusting this is. The Tennis Channel has certain players they love and promote and present favorably and certain others they resent and portray falsely. We know who they are – Zverev, all the Russians, Kyrgios, Moutet, Djokovic, Rybakina. Who knows, maybe Brooksby was attacked with excessive drug tests because he was a threat to Fritz and Paul, the American golden boys of the tennis establishment?
While Zverev is being ridiculed by some for questioning and challenging this silly Tennis Channel waste of time Roman Numeral stunt, in reality it is a very clever and bold way by which Zverev has exposed how devious and sneaky the rotten tennis media can be in how they favor and protect certain players… and the contrary.

Alexander Zverev is as smart as anyone in professional tennis and he has exposed this sneaky, undercover media manipulation operation in play in the form of this silly little Roman Numeral stunt.
Maybe someday Billie Jean King will fight for equality coverage of players by the rotten tennis media. But don’t hold you’re breath.
